Naveena Steel CCM 3rd Strand Commissioning

Description

Alhamdulilah, Unisons Steel Solutions has achieved another milestone at Naveena Steel and successfully executed the commissioning of the 3rd Strand of their CCM with complete SCADA synchronization with the previously installed strands. The following are the complete details of the project.

Details of Project

All concerns, NSML (as customer), Unisons (as coordinator and executor) and DDMET as supplier. Unisons Steel Solutions took on the challenge of the installation of the 3rd CCM Strand at Naveena Steels. As per the requirements, Unisons was able to accomplish this task completely on April 28th, 2022 by overcoming multiple difficulties. One of the main challenges faced by the Unisons team was to completely the pre-existing equipment in order for the new equipment to fit on the previously layed civil foundations.
