Alhamdulilah, Unisons Steel Solutions has achieved another milestone at Naveena Steel and successfully executed the commissioning of the Billet Induction Heater supplied by Elind Induction Heating Systems. The following are the complete details of the project.

Details of Project

In order to achieve higher temperatures and a higher production yield, Naveena Steel has decided to upgrade to a more efficient Induction Heater from Elind Induction Heating Systems.

The billets were required to maintain a homogeneous temperature from head to tail. Elind Induction Heating Systems provided the compact equipment and personnel required for training, while the project was coordinated and overseen by Unisons Steel Solutions.

Execution of Commissioning

It was a challenge for all teams involved to install and update the new Billet Induction Heater in the running line.
The commissioning was successfully executed by the engineering teams of Unisons Steel Solutions alongside the coordination of Naveena steel.
